SKILL #3.) BODY AWARENESS








Having the INTERNAL FEELING that what you are imagining is happening

((((in your body right NOW)))) is a powerful Activator...

So by placing your hand on, or massaging the area being focused on,

you can use your own touch to follow along and activate the imagery.


During this Body Scan lesson you will be feeling your body just as it is right now.

Don't try and fix it or change it in any way.

For the next 2 minutes simply scan your body with a gentle accepting awareness.


This is good practice so when you begin to imagine more complex imagery, like feeling the money in your hand, you can draw from grounded lessons like this.

Here is one more Body Awareness exercise:

Place some pretty hot water in a bowl.

Then put 4 palm size smooth rocks (like in the picture below) in the water. Now find a comfortable chair,

relax and play the Self-Healing Hot Stone Massage CD.

You can dry the stones off and follow along with the CD

by resting the hot stone on  the area of your body being focused on.
