Immediately I was able to respond, that i needed work that used more creativity and was less taxing on my body. I am now a certified hypnotist seeing clients on a regular basis, and was able to reduce my workload as a dental hygienist! -Denise


The Mindful Massage Lesson really helped me to heal my shoulder which I hurt playing softball. The images in this CD helped me to not only imagine my shoulder healing, but provided me with an image to make my game even better! I now imagine the power coming from my entire arm vs just my shoulder. Using this image has greatly improved my throw and I have not experienced any more shoulder pain, in fact my arm feels stronger. -Doug


I am so thankful for the Heal Your Body CD. I have ADD and have never been able to focus while receiving a massage. This CD kept my attention in my body during the entire massage. I felt so much better because I actually was able to relax and receive the massage at a much deeper level. _Mari


The Body Awareness CD taught me how to be non judgmental when scanning my body. The non judgmental Imagery and attitude toward my body has provided me with much needed healing and comfort. Now when I feel pain in my body I have the skills to feel it, accept it and then let it go. -Karen


I have PTSD and when I get a massage I feel myself getting triggered. Kari played the Heal Your Body CD and for the first time I relaxed and enjoyed my massage. I took the CD home and usually play it before I go to sleep. I feel calmer, sleep much better and things that once triggered a PTSD response in me, no longer affect me. -Trisha


Sometimes I coulden’t go back to work after my massage because I felt  so relaxed and spaced out. Kari recommended I do the 10 minute Energy Activation lesson after my massage sessions. The  Interactive Energy lesson has not only made my massage more enjoyable because I know how to return to an alert state of mind after being so relaxed, it has also given me the tools to bring energy into my body anytime I am feeling sluggish.  -Sarah

I have been listening to Unlimited Power before I go to bed. Yesterday I got stressed out at work. I took a deep breath I started to silently say the phrases from the CD. I was able to successfully calm myself down and feel the power coming back into my body. -Kathleen


Body Awareness, had me realize how much I knew about my body. The first few times I did it I didn’t get much information. The third time I was flooded with information. Now whenever I need to know something about my health or future, I play this CD. –Rachel


Healthy Breathing  was my introduction to breathing meditations. I wanted to learn how to meditate but committing to another class was not possible. Learning effective breathing techniques during my massage was a way I could fit both things in. I now have a daily meditative breathing practice and still use the CD when the stress in life gets to much for me. –Linda

Feel the Vibe lesson was fascinating. Noticing my body response to sounds and music helped me to be aware of how my body responds to people and environments. This CD has improved my overall awareness and ability to adjust to different environments. –Tim


The Body Awareness lesson was eye opening. I did not realize how out of touch with my body I was. I couldn't even feel my face. It took me awhile to learn how to focus my attention on the different parts of my body. My sister and I give each other massages to Fire Up, Bubbling Springs and Unlimited Power. I am getting real good at it my Mom paid me $2.00 to rub her back last week. -Autumn 5 years old and Julia 7 years old.

I didn’t know how to fully enjoy my massage. I wanted to relax but when the therapist massaged areas where I had been hurt or places that I was insecure about my body I would start talking. I always ended up talking to the therapist. If they wouldn't talk to me, I would silently go over my problems and keep my insecurities about my body to myself. The Natural Healing Abilities lesson helped me to calm my mind, stay in the moment and focus on my body in a positive way. –Kim
